The chapter is named after the Charles Dickens character, “Mr. Pickwick,” from his book titled “The Pickwick Papers.” The chapter is one of the oldest in Houston, founded on March 21,1950. Our meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 11:00 am. Our membership covers a large area of West Houston from Katy, in the far West, to Sugar Land and Richmond in the South. We are an active chapter and have always taken part in the annual British Bazaar.
