The first DBE Chapter in Sherman, at the far north of Texas almost to Oklahoma, was formed in March of 2024.  Though brand new, we are looking forward to growing our membership and raising money for charity, especially Mountbatten House, an assisted living facility built and operated by the DBE in Highlands, east of Houston.
